Flexible Health Benefits

Profit Sharing
Satellite Shelters allows our employees to share in the success of the company as they earn retirement benefits through our Profit Sharing plan. Employees enroll on either January 1 or July 1 after they completed one year of service. Company contributions are placed in an individual profit sharing account with Principal Financial with investment direction provided by the employee.

401(K)
In addition to the Profit Sharing program, Satellite Shelters offers the opportunity for individuals to enhance their retirement savings by participating in a 401(K). This plan is administered by Principal Financial and offers numerous investment options to suit a variety of investors.

Vacation
A competitive vacation plan is available to all employees after completing 6 months of service, with vacation time increasing with years of tenure.

Holidays
Satellite Shelters observes 8 paid holidays per year.
