Ground Level Offices

Satellite Shelters Ground Level Offices offer a variety of cost-savings options to meet your short and long-term space needs! These highly versatile units are ideal for offices, storage, guard houses, 911 centers, gate houses, contractor’s offices, meeting rooms, break rooms and more!

Set up and freight costs are substantially lower and multiple 20’ offices can be shipped on one truck. Our Ground Level Offices don’t need to be blocked, leveled or dismantled. While anchoring, steps and skirting are great additions, they're also not required. Our units are easy to relocate on-site which makes these buildings an ideal choice for short-term projects. When site space is limited, these offices can also be crane lifted to use on scaffolding.

Blast Resistant Modules

Satellite Shelters, Inc. provides products in Zones 1, 2 and 3 that include blast resistant modules, mobile offices, ground level offices, storage containers and modular building space solutions to the refining and other industries across the US.

We’re PICS Qualified, are API RP 753 compliant and have an EMR performance score within the approved safety guidelines.

We know you’re concerned with workers safety in the blast zone. And we know you want to provide conditions that will save lives. Satellite Shelters, Inc. provides standard and custom Blast Resistant Modules and Tool Crib Modules from 1 to 8PSI and come in a variety of sizes.

We’re rigorous in our safety standards, are PICS qualified and are API RP 753 compliant. We pride ourselves on our EMR score that’s within the petroleum industry’s safety requirements. We’re prepared to provide you with references, blast reports and a DVD showing how well our modules withstand a blast in high combustible areas.

Modular S-Plex Buildings

The S-Plex Modular Building is a highly versatile and cost-effective building solution configured to meet your temporary or permanent space needs. It can be used for several building applications including offices, new construction, classrooms and any other space where an aesthetically pleasing environment is required. Expandable, flexible and easy to put together, the S-Plex is great for high-profile jobs and growing organizations.

S-Plex Modular Buildings are easily assembled. We have multiple sized buildings available ranging from 3-Plex to 10-Plex models. Choose from a variety of open floor plans or custom design your own module! These units have the ability to expand in size without swapping out buildings.

Standard building features include a wooden exterior finish, vinyl covered gypsum interior walls, acoustical lay-in ceiling tiles that allow for telecommunication wiring to all parts of the building and an electric HVAC system. Carpeted offices and large windows are also available.
