The U of M Clubhouse Story

The Golf Pro Shop at the University of Minnesota (U of M) was in disrepair and becoming unsafe for the staff and its members to continue using.

Without ample time to put together a large capital project for replacing their building, the U of M worked with Satellite Shelters to design a Custom Modular Building that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This Modular Building would act as a temporary 5-year solution until the rebuild of their current facility could be established and completed.

The Solution

Satellite Shelters was able to work within the NJPA guidelines to construct a modular building that met all of the MN  IBC codes as well as the U of M’s code requirements within 8 weeks. The building was delivered and set-up in just 4 days in order to be ready for use during the upcoming golf season.
