DR Horton needed a commercial sales center that would reflect the quality and architectural character of the residential development. The sales center had to support future developments thus creating a need for a building that could easily be moved to new locations.

The Solution

Satellite Shelters’ design team constructed a modular building that appeared to be a site built sales facility. A hinged roof gave the appearance of traditional construction while a well-chosen color palette and native landscaping aided the overall aesthetics. When the building is no longer needed at this site, it can easily be moved to the next site, eliminating teardown waste.
